A free community for women in perimenopause, menopause and beyond who are done trying to figure it out alone.
If you're tired, not sleeping well, struggling with your weight or energy and wondering why everything feels harder than it used to - you're in the right place.
The Midlife Superhabits Club is a warm, supportive community built around simple daily habits that have a disproportionately large impact on how you feel in midlife. We call them superhabits. Not because they're complicated. Because they change everything.
And we do it together. Not as a course where someone teaches from the front and disappears. As a community of like-minded women encouraging each other, sharing what's working and figuring it out alongside each other — with me doing the habits right alongside you every single day.
What's included
Daily support and connection in a warm private community.
On 1st June we begin the 28-day Midlife Superhabits Challenge together - morning superhabits done consistently for 28 days.
A weekly live Zoom call with Catherine where you can ask anything and connect properly with the group.
A 20-minute PT-designed strength workout to do in your own time.
Me in it with you every day, sharing my own updates, what's working and what's hard.
This is for you if
You're navigating perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause and want to actually do something about how you're feeling rather than just read more about it.
You're a busy woman who needs changes that fit around real life, not an idealised version of it.
You've tried things alone and it hasn't stuck and you're ready to try doing it with people alongside you.
You'd love a warm, encouraging community of women who genuinely get it.
About Catherine
I'm Catherine Scott, a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in perimenopause, gut health and energy. I'm mBANT and rCNHC registered and hold an PGDip in Nutrition Science and Practice.
I came to this work through my own experience. At 44 my GP told me I was too young for perimenopause and sent me away. I spent months Googling, trying things and feeling like I was failing. Eventually I worked it out but it took far longer than it should have and it was harder than it needed to be.
That experience is why I do what I do. And it's why I created this webinar. Because you shouldn't have to figure this out alone.
“This felt like an exhale of a conversation. Practical, kind, doable. Catherine supports women to feel better without turning food into another thing to get right.”
