I'm Catherine, a Nutritional Therapist who helps busy midlife women reboot their energy, calm their gut, and feel like themselves again during perimenopause.

I've been exactly where you are – navigating hormonal shifts, gut sensitivity, sleep disruption and that overwhelming feeling of "not quite myself" while juggling family, work and life. Now I guide other women through the same transitions with practical, evidence-based nutrition that fits real life (three boys, endless football matches and all).

My approach is simple:

I don't believe in extreme diets, supplement overloads or perfection. Instead, I help you address the root causes, from stress and blood sugar to gut health and hormone balance, with strategies that actually stick.

I live in Horsforth, Leeds with my husband, three football-mad sons, and two cats who think they run the house. When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me on the sidelines cheering or completing my Master's degree in Nutrition.
